A customer is a regular user of the products who usually buys for their own consumption. Through free registration, the customer gains access to the members’ section and has the opportunity to purchase products at a favourable price. A customer cannot be a part of the H2 Europe partner programme, i.e., they do not receive rewards for product recommendations. A business partner buys for his or her own consumption and possibly for resale, is included in the partner programme and is rewarded for product recommendations. Partner registration is linked to the purchase of a starter product package. Through partner registration, two linked accounts will be created automatically: a shopping account for placing orders and a “business office” for tracking business activity and managing commissions.
