Orders placed during normal working days are usually dispatched within 24 hours (except for orders paid for by bank transfer). The delivery time for shipments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is usually within two working days. For shipments abroad, delivery takes from two to five days. Orders paid for by bank transfer are shipped only upon the payment of the order being received in our bank account. To speed up the processing of orders paid for by bank transfer, you can show proof of payment to customer support.
